Job summary

Holtec International is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations Support at Palisades Nuclear Power Plant. You will lead scheduling, staffing, and work management while ensuring licensed operator coverage, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate maintenance, engineering activities, and risk assessment.

The role requires extensive nuclear plant experience, strong leadership, and budget awareness to optimize facility operations and safety. On-site work in Covert, MI is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assumes licensed operator responsibilities and authority of Operations leadership during absences.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage to support all activities during all aspects of plant operation.
• Plans, schedules, and supervises administrative/engineering activities per the technical specifications and schedule.
• Oversees Work Management Process and risk assessments for external events and emergent issues.
• Maintains budget awareness and supports its administration.
