Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support piping and HVAC layout, seismic assessments, and hazardous design aspects for nuclear and non-nuclear projects. Hybrid work with on-site presence 2 days per week at Cranberry Township, PA or Rock Hill, SC. Reports to the Manager, Plant Engineering.

Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering, GPA ≥ 3.0, and ability to work remotely and on customer sites globally. Base salary range is $58,400 to $73,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (GPA ≥ 3.0).
• Ability to work remotely and on customer sites to support global projects.

Responsibilities

• Support piping and HVAC layout, seismic and hazard assessments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and criteria documents.
• Use WNEXUS to author, review and verify 3D plant designs and models.
• Prepare reports to satisfy regulatory, code, and customer contract requirements.
