Job summary

Hire Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Task Project Manager for nuclear outage environments.

The role is field-based, requiring leadership of electrical craft activities, coordination with site leads, and rigorous adherence to safety and project schedules during pre-outage and outage periods. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in electrical construction and outage execution, including cable routing, terminations, testing, and Roxtec containment work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading electrical construction, maintenance, modification, or outage activities in nuclear environments.
• Proven ability to direct electrical craft activities including cable routing, pulling, terminations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience as a field leader such as Task Director, Construction Supervisor, Electrical Foreman, or General Foreman.
• Familiarity with Roxtec systems, containment cable routing, EPAs, and outage planning/oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight of contractors and craft personnel ensuring compliance with procedures, quality requirements, and outage schedules.
• Lead job walkdowns, pre-job briefings, work package reviews, and field observations to verify safe work execution.
• Communicate status, emergent issues, and schedule impacts to Site Project Leads and project stakeholders.
• Oversee outages and ensure adherence to safety culture, human performance tools, and work management processes.
