Qualifications

• Must have project management/maintenance/operations experience in outages (containment coordination, vendor oversight).
• Experience with scheduling tools and coordinating multiple vendors.
• Nuclear industry experience is preferred (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Manage refueling outage preparation milestones, scope adds/removals, and procurement processing.
• Assist with contract personnel arrivals on site and outage procedures development.
• Coordinate outage scope of work during outages (containment management, refueling activities, system windows).
• Monitor projects to ensure deliverables meet scope, cost, and schedule constraints.
• Act as single point of contact for vendor management during outages.
