Job summary

The ideal candidate has project/maintenance/operations experience in outages, familiarity with scheduling tools, and at least one year of nuclear experience.

Qualifications

• High School degree/equivalent required.
• Project Management/Maintenance/Operations experience managing outage facets.
• Experience using scheduling tools.
• 1 or more years of nuclear experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage refueling outage preparation milestones and scope changes.
• Coordinate outage activities with internal teams and contractors.
• Support procurement requests and purchase orders.
• Assist with on-site contractor arrivals and oversight.
• Maintain outage procedures in line with fleet, station, and industry standards.
• Assist in outage schedule development and long-range planning.
• Provide backup to Outage Cycle Manager or Outage Scheduling Supervisor as needed.
• Monitor project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet scope, cost, and schedule.
