Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Ohio seeks an Outage Coordinator to manage refueling outage preparation milestones, procurement processing, and on-site coordination. You will support KPI data, maintain procedures, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safety, cost, and schedule targets during outage execution.

Key activities include coordinating scope changes, assisting with scheduling, and backing up the Outage Cycle Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Experience managing outages or maintenance projects in a regulated environment.
• Experience using scheduling tools and coordinating multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated delivery of outage projects within cost and schedule constraints.
• Support outage KPI data acquisition, reporting and tracking.
• Maintain outage procedures in line with fleet and industry standards.
• Assist evaluating OE related to outage execution and unit performance post outage.
• Develop and incorporate outage OPI initiatives.
• Assist in outage schedule development and Long-Range Planning.
• Provide support with ERO and back up to Outage Cycle Manager or Scheduling Supervisor.
• Monitor project lifecycle to safely achieve deliverables within scope, cost, and schedule.
• Act as single point of contact for management of vendors.
