Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking Initial License Trainees to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators at Clinton Nuclear Power Station in Clinton, IL. The program trains you to supervise licensed reactor operators in the NRC-licensed control room and to prepare for shift supervision duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a noncomparable facility; qualification must be after training.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examinations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom, on-the-job training and evaluation.
• Complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license and supervise licensed operators.
• Support outage activities and perform duties as directed by management.
