Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators at Clinton Nuclear Power Station in Clinton, IL. The role focuses on training to supervise licensed reactor operators and prepare for NRC licensure in the reactor control room.

Successful candidates will complete classroom and on-site training, achieve an SRO license, and support outage activities and shift coverage as required. Relocation assistance may be offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility OR 1.5 years at a noncomparable facility.
• Maintain access requirements and medical/exam clearances as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license and become eligible to supervise licensed operators.
• Support outage activities, emergency response, and department coverage as directed.
