Job summary

E2 Federal Services, LLC in the United States seeks a senior operations professional to lead programmatic functions supporting federal base operations. You will guide a team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and direct turnover activities including as-built drawings and manuals.

The role requires US citizenship, Q clearance, and a strong background in regulated facilities, commissioning, and QA/QC to drive excellence in operations.

Qualifications

• US citizen with a poly or clear background suitable for federal work.
• Clearance and experience in regulated facility operations are required.
• Experience with turnover, commissioning and QA/QC is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOE orders and regulatory standards relevant to facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and administer programmatic functions supporting operations.
• Provide leadership to a functional unit and oversee work of exempt and nonexempt staff.
• Ensure safe, compliant operation of facility systems and equipment.
• Prepare turnover deliverables, including drawings, equipment lists and manuals.
