Los Alamos National Laboratory seeks an experienced Operations Center Supervisor to lead the TA-55 Operations Center, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient facility operations. You will report to the TA-55 Shift Operations Manager and coordinate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety groups.

The role requires overseeing facility status, work authorizations, and prioritization, with a rotating 24/7 schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Operations leadership experience supervising technicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Nuclear/facility operations knowledge in a high-hazard, regulated environment.
• Conduct of Operations/Work Control knowledge and disciplined execution of work.
• Authorization Basis/TSRs knowledge including Limiting Conditions for Operation and surveillance requirements.
• Ability to lead during abnormal or emergency operations and coordinate response actions.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and lead the Operations Center team on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitor and manage facility status, work authorizations, and operational priorities.
• Serve as primary coordination point among Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and other support organizations.
• Make sound decisions during normal, abnormal, and emergency situations.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with facility and DOE requirements.
• Support training, development, and continuous improvement of your team.
