Job summary

Framatome in Richland, WA is seeking candidates for a continuous improvement-focused role. You will train teams, facilitate quality tools, and support transformation initiatives across the operating unit while reporting on progress and VoC metrics.

You will interact with a global OpEx network, lead change, and drive performance improvement through structured problem-solving and process mapping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, processes, tools and criteria.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and connect with operational context.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods and metrics.
• Good communication skills with ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to lead, motivate and effect change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training: Quality & Continuous Improvement, FMEA facilitation, Workshop Mode (VSM, 5S, Process Mapping).
• Facilitate / Coach: Flash Meetings, A3 Projects, FMEA and other Quality Tools, Performance Plans, Voice of the Customer.
• Support Operating Unit Implementation Initiatives: Master Plan development and maintenance; Digital Transformation.
• Reporting: VoC, Excellence System Rollout, FMEA, A3 Progress, Master Plan, Performance Plans.
• Interface with Global OpEx Network.
