Job summary

Framatome is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive operational excellence within a Product Center in Richland, WA. You will develop insights, lead structured problem solving, and embed Lean practices to improve manufacturing efficiency while protecting product integrity.

You will train staff, facilitate QRQC and RCA/8D processes, monitor KPIs (OEE, CAP health), and deliver data-driven recommendations to site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience in continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean tools, problem solving, and operational excellence metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop insights and lead structured problem-solving to improve operations.
• Embed Lean practices to deliver timely, value-added changes.
• Coach and train staff on operational excellence topics and tools.
• Facilitate RCA/8D/A3 processes and monitor CAP backlog and effectiveness.
• Produce data-driven KPIs and present recommendations to leadership.
