Job summary

Framatome is seeking a Quality & Operational Excellence professional in the United States to advance continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead training on quality tools, facilitate FMEA sessions, and support digital transformation projects across the organization.

You will report to the site leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence, performance metrics, and strategic objectives. This role requires strong communication and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; 4+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, processes, tools, techniques, and criteria.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and connect with operations context.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods, and metrics.
• Excellent communication with all staff and management levels.
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
• Ability to lead, motivate and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training on quality and CI tools (excellence principles, 8D, etc.).
• Facilitate FMEA sessions and related quality activities.
• Support Master Plan development and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Global OpEx Network.
