TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to perform NM and PET/CT exams, ensure safety, and maintain records. The role requires handling radioactive materials, coordinating patient flow, and educating patients on procedures.

Qualified candidates will have graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program and CNMT/ARRT(N) certification with BLS within 30 days; PET CT experience is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine.
• CNMT Certification or ARRT(N).
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• PET CT experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nuclear medicine exams following protocols and in a timely manner.
• Receive, calibrate, log, administer and monitor the decay of radioactive isotopes.
• Provide radiation safety support and maintain detailed reports and records.
• Coordinate patient flow and inform patients about procedures.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, and accreditations required.
• Prepare patients for examinations and educate on discharge instructions.
• Demonstrate ability to handle radioactive materials and dispose of waste per guidelines.
