Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to perform NM and PET/CT exams with a focus on safety and quality. The role involves handling radiopharmaceuticals, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating patient flow while communicating with patients and care teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with radiation safety policies, preparing patients for procedures, and upholding ICARE values.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine is required.
• Current CNMT or ARRT (N) registry is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nuclear medicine and PET/CT exams following protocol for quality and safety.
• Receive, calibrate, log, administer and monitor decay of radioactive isotopes.
• Provide radiation safety support and maintain detailed patient records and reports.
• Coordinate patient flow, inform patients about procedures, and communicate with staff and physicians.
