Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology with advanced Nuclear Medicine training.
• ARRT certification within 90 days.
• NMTCB certification.
• Texas Medical Board license.
• BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine exams safely and proficiently according to physician orders and protocols.
• Apply ALARA concepts to maintain patient safety.
• Maintain knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals and RAM guidelines.
• Operate nuclear medicine equipment and current software.
• Complete PACS/RIS data entry accurately and timely.
• Assist physicist and inspectors in surveys as required.
