Job summary

Baptist Health System seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform basic Nuclear Medicine procedures with professional judgment to support diagnosis and patient care across all ages. You will work within a collaborative team dedicated to safety, quality, and compassionate service.

Required: accredited Nuclear Medicine program graduate, 2–5 years’ diagnostic NM experience, ARRT or CNMT, Texas Medical Board license, and BLS (AHA) within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

  • MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years in Diagnostic Nuclear Medicine.
  • REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: ARRT Nuclear Medicine or CNMT; Texas Medical Board license.
  • REQUIRED COURSES/COMPLETIONS: Active Healthcare Provider BLS on hire; AHA BLS within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Performs basic Nuclear Medicine procedures as requested by a licensed physician and applies professional judgment to assist in diagnosis or treatment for patients from newborn to elderly.
  • Collaborates with care teams within the Nuclear Medicine department and hospital to ensure safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
