Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Loveland, CO is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. You will perform nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures in accordance with scope of practice and organizational policies.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program, CNMT or ARRT NM certification, and BLS/CPR certification; on-site work with no hybrid option.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) by NMTCB or ARRT NM.
• BLS/CPR certification with card in-hand before start; valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history, orders, and scheduling; educate patient on procedures.
• Prepare, administer, store and dispose radiopharmaceuticals per protocol; monitor status.
• Prepare equipment; choose exposure factors; ensure safety and quality control.
• Position patient and perform imaging; analyze results and report quality issues.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program

CNMT or NM certification (NMTCB or ARRT NM)

BLS/CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
