Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform imaging and therapy in our Radiology Nuc Med department. This on-site role requires strong attention to detail and patient care, with duties spanning from scheduling and education to radiopharmaceutical handling and quality control.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program, hold CNMT or ARRT in Nuclear Medicine, and have BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program.
• CNMT by NMTCB or ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine.
• BLS/CPR certification with validity through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patient about the procedure.
• Prepare, administer, store, and dispose of radiopharmaceuticals per protocols.
• Set up equipment, select imaging parameters, and perform quality control.
