Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform exams, ensure patient safety, and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging. You will set up equipment, position patients, verify orders, and collaborate with radiologists to optimize study outcomes.

The role requires completion of an accredited NM program, ARRT-N/CNMT certification, and strong communication skills. Relocation and sign-on considerations may apply. Full-time, on-site in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Accredited Nuclear Medicine program or Radiologic Technology program certifications required.
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality imaging.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine exams following department protocols.
• Verify patient identity and orders; ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment; ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Assist in inventory, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
