Qualifications

• Associates in Radiologic Technology required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical patient care experience.
• Nuclear medicine experience preferred.
• ARRT Nuclear Technology or Cert Nuclear Med Tech certification required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Instructor level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjust technique to optimize image quality and diagnostic value.
• Report equipment issues to ensure timely repair.
• Prepare patient, verify orders and preprocedural steps.
• Operate NM equipment and perform imaging studies as prescribed.
• Verify patient identity and protect privacy and dignity.
