Qualifications

• Nuclear Medicine Tech registration (ARRT) to be obtained within 1 year.
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification (CNMT) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification to be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Review patients' medical records to ensure exam accuracy.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals according to clinician prescriptions.
• Post-process images accurately and maintain patient records.

Skills

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiation safety

Competent in IV and venipuncture

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills

Intermediate computer skills

Education
