Job summary

Essentia Health Virginia Hospital in Virginia, MN, is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform nuclear medicine, PET and CT exams, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images for radiologists.

Requires CAHEA-accredited program or internship eligibility to sit ARRT NM or NMTCB; current ARRT NM or NMTCB licensure; FTE 0.8; Day rotation with the potential for a remote/hybrid option.

In this role you will get to:

• Provides health care services using radionuclides to assist in diagnosis or treatment of a patient.
• Performs nuclear medicine, PET and CT exams/procedures and related techniques.

Education Qualifications

• Graduate of a Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA), accredited nuclear medicine program OR Completed an internship in Nuclear Medicine that allows for eligibility to sit for the ARRT or NMTCB registration.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications

• Current American Registry of Radiographic Technologists Nuclear Medicine (ARRT)(NM) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) licensure
