Job summary

The Nuclear Medicine technologist at Wellstar provides safe, age-appropriate care by performing department exams and ensuring high-quality diagnostic studies. You will set up equipment, position patients, and adhere to preprocedural verification and time-out processes while maintaining patient dignity and privacy.

We offer a day shift (7:30am–4:00pm) with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance for eligible candidates, plus PTO, mental health support and CareerCare education

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Nuclear Medicine Program.
• Minimum 1 year NM experience in a clinical setting.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate NM equipment and ensure image quality.
• Verify patient identity and orders; perform preprocedural checks.
• Restock supplies and maintain department cleanliness; support other staff as needed.
