Job summary

Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, FL seeks an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide patient care across multiple modalities, administer adenosine stress testing as needed, and supervise students and staff in the absence of a coordinator.

Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring vitals, imaging, QA, and ensuring compliance with state, national, and hospital regulations. ARRT NM/NMTCB and CT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Experience in Nuclear Medicine, CT, and treadmill stress testing.
• Must be ARRT NM, NMTCB, and CT certified; Florida license in NM and CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and monitoring during Nuclear Medicine procedures.
• Schedule patients and coordinate information with departments.
• Perform pre-examination screening and injections as required.
• Assist radiologists and supervise students in clinical education.
• Document procedures and manage imaging/processing records.
• Maintain QA, safety, and compliance with state and national regs.
• Participate in continuing education and department meetings.
