Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Nuclear Medicine professional to perform imaging procedures, ensure quality control, and collaborate with radiologists for patient care continuity.

The role requires knowledge of radiology software, ALARA principles, and strong communication skills, with licensing prerequisites such as BLS, RT(N), and CNMT. The position offers a part-time schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human physiology.
• Knowledge of Scintigraphic equipment, Acquisition computers, and processing stations.
• Knowledge of Hot Lab equipment.
• Ability to learn and master new tasks related to Image Quality and Radiation Safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality control and performs Nuclear Medicine procedures.
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare providers for imaging and care continuity.
• Maintains room readiness, stocking and equipment preparation.
• Enters data into Nuclear Medicine information systems accurately and timely.
• Assists in a wide range of department duties to ensure smooth operation.
