Job summary

Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform high-quality imaging, radiopharmaceutical administration, and patient follow-up. The role requires ARRT NM or NMTCB registration and FL licensure in NM and CT, with proficiency in PACS, HIS, and related systems.

The position includes supervising students, coordinating with radiology sections, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards. A sign-on bonus is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by ARRT in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB and in CT.
• Florida license in Nuclear Medicine Technology and CT; must be current.
• Experience in Nuclear Medicine, CT, and treadmill stress testing.
• Ability to supervise and communicate effectively with staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and administer radiopharmaceuticals with post-procedure follow-up.
• Oversee patient scheduling and dissemination of medical information.
• Supervise radiology sections in the absence of the Coordinator.
• Maintain certifications and comply with State and JCAHO regulations.
