Job summary

Piedmont Macon Medical is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology procedures in accordance with ALARA and facility protocols. The role requires an accredited Nuclear Medicine program and appropriate licensure, with certification expected upon hire.

We value meticulous QA processes and strict adherence to state and federal guidelines, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging for our Georgia community.

Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all Protocols, Policies and Procedures and adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs all quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Education

• a Nuclear Medicine program accredited by either the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Required
