Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Georgia is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology procedures, following all protocols and ALARA guidelines. You will conduct quality control and support advanced cardiac and vascular imaging.

Ideal candidates have an accredited Nuclear Medicine program, ARDMS/ARRT or NMTCB certification, BCLS, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Nuclear Medicine program accreditation required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Nuclear Medicine or related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to protocols and ALARA guidelines.
• Performs quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.
• Demonstrates ability to perform advanced imaging (Cardiac and Vascular) and cross-sectional anatomy and physiology.
• Provides complex technical care to meet identified patient needs.
