Responsibilities

• Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals and align with ENERCON's standards.
• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on design projects.
• Lead internal mechanical engineering and delegate project roles.
• Prepare design studies, scopes, and engineering estimates.
• Guide procurement specs, evaluate bids, and select equipment.
• Direct mechanical design and calculations to solve complex problems.
• Travel for walkdowns, field installations, and start-up.
