ACS Professional Staffing is seeking an on-site Materials Manager - Nuclear Projects in Richland, WA to coordinate procurement across project phases. You will work with multiple teams to track parts, tools, and materials and ensure traceability from warehouse to installation.

Responsibilities include catalog IDs, MR, POs, material staging, and verifying deliveries, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and schedule adherence. A technical background and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field with 1 year of experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree with 3 years of experience in a technical field.
• High school diploma with 5 years of experience in a technical field.
• Basic knowledge of project management techniques and MS Office.
• Willingness to work on-site in Richland, WA.

Aufgaben

• Support refueling outages, outages, and on-line maintenance with procurement oversight.
• Develop and improve materials tracking processes for all procurements.
• Inspect vendor materials on-site and ensure quantity/quality.
• Resolve shipping challenges and OS&D issues with Supply Chain.
• Communicate procurement status to senior management.
• Verify BOM against project requirements in Asset Suite 9.
• Handle material from issuance to installation with proper traceability.
