Cardinal Health is hiring for a full-time Nuclear Manufacturing supervisor in Indianapolis. You will oversee daily operations, production schedules, and staff while adhering to GMP and radiation safety guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4 years of pharmaceutical experience, and the ability to manage budgets and collaborate with customers and suppliers. Shift is 2nd with potential weekend/holiday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
• Experience with bulk formulation or filling required; both preferred.
• Aseptic technique preferred.
• 4 years related pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Experience with cGMP preferred.
• Aptitude for supervisory skills.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve customer/employee problems.
• Ability to promote teamwork within manufacturing location and region.

Responsibilities

• Supervises manufacturing staff and oversees daily activities and production schedules.
• Trains, coaches, mentors, develops, and provides direction to staff.
• Conducts performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Maintains equipment and facilities maintenance and routing operations.
• Collaborates with EHS and RSO to follow Radiation Safety Program.
