Job summary

Dominion Energy in Mineral, VA, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering intern for the summer of 2027 in the Mechanical Design department at North Anna Power Station. You will work on developing technical documents and evaluating equipment conditions.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance trends, proposing minor design changes to improve reliability, and supporting major design initiatives, with emphasis on safety and collaboration. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering program at a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2028 or later.
