Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience or technical degree equivalents.
• Degrees in technical disciplines with progressive related experience.
• Experience in nuclear plant operations preferred or 3+ years in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe, effective maintenance work.
• Coach, mentor, and manage performance; administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Communicate CEC programs and policies to staff and capture feedback.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activities with schedulers.
• Support training, surveillance, CAP, and procedure revisions.
• Oversee vendor inspections and materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support outage activities and emergency response as required.
