Job summary
Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking an Inspection Services Training Instructor to support field service training across multiple disciplines, including SG primary & secondary inspections. The role includes developing and delivering training using SAT, evaluating personnel, and acting as subject matter expert for inspection-related training.
You will report to the AOMS Training Manager, based at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA, with an anchor on-site position five days per week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
- 5+ years of project field service experience and classroom/instructor experience.
- Experience with Steam Generator/Inspection Services field project support activities.
- Experience in training material development and leadership roles.
- Ability to design and implement classroom processes meeting training requirements and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Instruct, facilitate and lead training to improve individual and team performance.
- Lead training, evaluations, audits, and propose solutions to complex problems using SAT.
- Support instructors and provide lessons learned and performance feedback.
- Guide personnel on technical projects and activities, promoting teamwork.
- Provide SME knowledge to peers, vendors, and customers as needed.
- Coordinate complex projects across functions to meet budget and schedule.
