Sargent & Lundy is hiring engineers to join a multi-discipline team focused on nuclear power plant instrumentation and controls. You will contribute to electrical, computer, and mechanical engineering efforts with control theory insights.

The role involves designing specifications for I&C equipment, performing engineering calculations, and traveling to client and vendor sites for reviews and field verification. ABET accreditation and FE status are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with strong control systems/mechatronics focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work on a multi-discipline engineering team on nuclear power plant I&C projects.
• Prepare specifications for instrumentation and control equipment procurement.
• Travel to client/vendor offices for design reviews and plant site coordination.
