Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks a Principal Field Specialist to plan, organize, and control resources for Reactor Coolant Pump and Motor field services projects. You will lead project teams, develop schedules, and ensure quality and budget adherence. Travel up to 40% and base at the Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, managing qualifications, and interfacing with customers to meet baselines. 13-hour days and shifts may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–10 years nuclear project leadership experience.
• Experience leading field work for medium/high complexity nuclear projects.
• Broad technical knowledge of nuclear power plants; familiarity with utility practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of project plans, baselines and resource requirements.
• Lead field delivery of Reactor Coolant Pump and Motor projects and manage safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate training, qualifications and site resources; interface with customers.
• Manage project scope, cost, quality, communications and stakeholders.
