Job summary

Orano Enrichment USA LLC in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, seeks a Facility Security Officer to establish and continuously improve the site's industrial security program for classified information and nuclear materials. The FSO will supervise access control, FOCI, FCL status, and compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, 10 CFR Parts 25/73/95, and DOE orders while interfacing with cognizant agencies.

Onsite role requiring U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires five (5) or more years of industrial security experience as an FSO or equivalent.
• Eligible for NRC Q clearance and able to maintain eligibility.
• CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities or ability to complete within six months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the appointed FSO under 32 CFR Part 117 and primary security official for facility security and classified access authorization programs.
• Maintain Facility Clearance (FCL) eligibility and related filings; administer FOCI mitigation and eFOCI updates.
• Oversee badge, access-control, visitor and escort programs for protected areas; enforce need-to-know and program segregation.
• Coordinate incident response for security events and support inspections by NRC, DCSA, DOE and customers.
