The Construction Manager role oversees pre-construction through turnover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. Requires 15+ years in industrial construction, DOE site experience, and DOE Q clearance eligibility; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in industrial construction.
• Minimum 5 years in nuclear facility or DOE site construction.
• 7+ years managing complex construction projects in highly regulated environments.
• Experience on DOE Hanford Site or other DOE nuclear facilities.
• Active DOE Q clearance or ability to obtain Q clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction planning and scheduling to meet timelines.
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Manage project records, inspections, and turnover to operations.
• Ensure adherence to DOE requirements and NQA-1 documentation.
