Job summary

MCSA in Kentucky seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance personnel and direct activities across the conversion plant, remodeling, and facility services. You will align schedules, monitor performance, and coordinate with engineering and contractors to deliver safe, compliant facilities.

Responsibilities include preparing reports on progress and costs, supervising parts inventory, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of related experience in maintenance.
• 3+ years of nuclear experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance personnel assigned to the conversion plant.
• Directs, schedules, and coordinates maintenance activities of plant equipment.
• Prepares and presents reports reflecting schedule progress, cost analysis, and forecast.
• Interfaces closely with plant management, engineering, and external contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintains maintenance data including property lists, maintenance status and schedules.
• Supervises acquisition, storage and tracking of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
