Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Supv, Engineering (Nuc) in Port Gibson, Mississippi to oversee the Mechanical/Civil Design Engineering group responsible for high quality capital modifications. This role leads engineering work, manages costs, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Requires a BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred) and at least 5 years in nuclear power design/operations, plus ANSI/ANS-3.1-1978 experience. Onsite position with occasional travel and EMI responsibilities.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred).
• 5 years of experience in nuclear power design, construction, maintenance, operations, production, or equivalent.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-1978 knowledge and compliance required.
• Experience supervising personnel and managing team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering performance for Mechanical/Civil Design Engineering group providing capital modifications.
• Manage work assignments and control costs within budget parameters.
• Supervise personnel performance and resolve conflicts.
• Interface with Entergy sites and regulators to implement best practices.
