Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in nuclear power design, construction, maintenance, operations, production, or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in an engineering department.
• Preferred: design engineering experience in mechanical systems or structural design.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering work assignments and control costs within budget.
• Supervise personnel performance and resolve conflicts; function as team leader as needed.
• Represent department in meetings and propose process/design improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory and procedural guidelines.
• Interface with other Entergy sites to implement best practices and engage regulators as needed.
• Communicate technical information clearly in writing and speech.
• Support Emergency Response Organization and EDM rotation for off-hours coverage.
