The role requires 8+ years in power generation or nuclear sectors, PMP or engineering degree, and ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification and 8 years' experience.
• Typically requires 6 years' experience in power generation, energy, utility or nuclear industries as Engineer or PM.
• Skilled in cost/workhour estimating and proposal development and review.
• Capable of reporting on and managing scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects.
• Knowledge in earned value management, rules of credit, and progress reporting.
• Contract and NDA language development and review.
• Understanding budgets and accounting processes.
• Strong coordination and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and develop detailed proposals with technical teams.
• Oversee project schedules, risk management, and financial health.
• Manage engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure quality deliverables.
• Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and relationships.
• Develop work plans, risk strategies, and communication plans.
• Travel to client facilities as needed for project oversight.
