ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Site Lead to join the team in New York. The role oversees project execution, proposals, schedules, risks, and financial health while supporting marketing and growth initiatives.

You will lead engineers, designers, and subcontractors onsite at Ginna Nuclear Station in Ontario, NY or Nine Mile Point in Oswego, NY. Responsibilities include client and team relations, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification.
• Experience in power generation, energy, utility or nuclear industries.
• Knowledge of earned value management, rules of credit, and progress reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering projects and manage schedules, risk, and financial health.
• Oversee engineers, designers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Develop detailed engineering proposals and manage client relationships.
