Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a Project Engineer to support mechanical projects for our Nuclear Services Group in Arizona. You will develop engineering proposals, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain client relationships from our Glendale or Tonopah offices.

A minimum of 3 years in nuclear or related industries as an engineer or PM is required, with PE preferred. You will lead interdisciplinary design efforts, coordinate team activities, and provide clear project reporting while pursuing new business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years' experience in the nuclear, power, or industrial industries as an Engineer or Project Manager.
PE license strongly preferred.
Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes.
Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic project discussions and align team to meet quality and deadlines.
Manage project budgets and reporting; monitor schedules and progress for client updates.
Develop winning, technically sound proposals and support marketing efforts to identify new opportunities.
