Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) is seeking an Engineering Consultant to join our Nuclear Analytical Service team, with a primary focus on ASME Section III, Division 5 elevated-temperature design, creep-fatigue evaluation, and advanced reactor applications.

This role will support high-temperature structural analyses, creep-fatigue assessments, elevated-temperature design evaluations, and development/testing of engineering software tools supporting advanced reactor technologies and the

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Materials Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in design engineering, high-temperature applications.
• Experience with ASME Section III, Division 5.
• Familiarity with NRC regulations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Support ASME Section III, Division 5 stress, fatigue, creep-fatigue, and elevated-temperature evaluations.
• Support nuclear fleet and advanced reactor design, high-temperature materials and code evaluations.
• Interact with clients to provide engineering solutions, code interpretations, results, and analyses.
• Contribute to proposals for project development and scoping.
• Manage technical projects and develop new leads with clients.
• Lead mid/senior level project opportunities.
