Job summary

BlueSteps Connect is seeking an experienced Director, Nuclear Customer Program Manager to lead critical manufacturing programs in highly regulated environments in the United States. You will oversee multi-contract customer programs, drive cross-functional execution across engineering, quality, supply chain and operations, and ensure disciplined program performance in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires progressive leadership in program management, customer relationship

Qualifications

• Track record managing large-scale customer programs.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with nuclear industry preferred (ASME III, NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix BB).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing program execution across multiple contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet program objectives.
• Identify and manage risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements (ASME III, NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix BB).
