Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a remote Project Management Coordinator for Nuclear Manufacturing to coordinate sponsored product projects aligned with facility locations. You will liaise between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

The role requires managing multiple projects in a regulated medical/pharma setting with strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience in regulated medical and/or pharmaceutical field.
• 2-4 years of proven project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PMP (Project Management), CSM or other relevant certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with external clients or partners in a project management capacity.
• Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools relevant to advertising performance.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple sponsored product projects from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external sponsors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with product and sales teams.
• Develops and manages detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; mitigates risks to meet timelines and scope.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and accountability among teams.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize project management processes and tools.
• Tracks progress, reports milestones, and conducts post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned.
• Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand and technical specs.
