Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry level Contract Specialist to join the Nuclear market, supporting procurement lifecycle from RFP to closeout. You will develop, review and negotiate supplier contracts and manage supplier relationships on assigned projects.

Based in Idaho Falls, ID or other listed sites, this role emphasizes cost-effective sourcing, vendor evaluation, and collaboration with project teams. You will ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, SCM or related field.
• 2+ years of contracts and supply chain experience (4 years if no degree).
• Experience with RFP process, contract development/negotiation, and procurement execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and negotiate terms and conditions of supplier contracts.
• Manage supplier contracts and relationships to meet standards and client requirements.
• Prepare RFPs and evaluate proposals to meet budget and schedule.
• Support procurement templates and leverage vendors across multiple procurements.
• Resolve issues with suppliers, shipments and contract disputes.
