Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Client-Side Construction Manager to represent the Owner on nuclear construction projects. You will lead a large Client Team on site in Poland, coordinating with engineering, licensing, procurement, and leadership to ensure compliance with Client requirements, regulatory obligations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in nuclear construction, preferably GW scale plants.
• Familiarity with nuclear QA/QC requirements, traceability, and safety standards.
• Understanding of nuclear island and conventional island construction processes.
• Experience in nuclear new build or regulated industries (e.g., oil & gas, petrochemicals).
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and execution methodologies.
• Ability to identify construction risks, implement mitigation, and manage contractual issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPC/EPCM contractor performance to ensure contract obligations and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement workforce plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regulators, environmental authorities, and local agencies for compliance.
• Support QA/QC oversight and ensure corrective actions are effective.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation reporting to the Client.
• Validate contractor schedules and ensure transparent reporting.
